A heartfelt thank you to everyone who participated and contributed to the success of the Multiplier Event “Museums and University: Innovative practice for the technological alphabetization, digitalization, and Virtual Realities.” (Transl.) organized by our lead partner @univpm at the Pinacoteca Civica in Ascoli Piceno on November 13th. The event was a triumph, engaging an attentive audience of museum professionals and students.
We extend our gratitude to all those who contributed to the institutional greetings: Donatella Ferretti (@official_comuneap), Paolo Clini (UNIVPM), Stefano Papetti (Civic collections of Ascoli Piceno).
The event began with the presentation of the results of Project V.I.T.A.– Virtual immersion in territorial arts, by Matteo Felicetti (@ascolimusei), and continued with the findings of the DCbox Project, presented by Ramona Quattrini, LP scientific responsible, along with young digital curators who showcased their prototypes.
The day culminated in an engaging Roundtable moderated by Prof. Clini, featuring directors and managers of museums associated with the project: Nicoletta Frapiccini, Sofia Cingolani, and Stefano Papetti. To cap it off, a demo session allowed everyone to firsthand experience the digital tools and technologies developed by the students!
Once again, a special thank you to all attendees, contributors, and partners who joined us on this exciting adventure during these months and participated in the event. Stay tuned for more updates about the DCbox Project and news in the field of Digital Cultural Heritage!
